There aren’t many decisions more important than choosing the right hospital to care for yourself or a loved one.
To help you do just that, Newsweek has teamed up with Statista to create an annual ranking of the world’s best hospitals, starting in March 2019. This year’s list includes data on 2,400 hospitals in 30 countries. For the first time, Chile and Malaysia have been included in the ranking, which also includes the USA, most Western European and Scandinavian countries, ten Asian countries, Australia and countries in other parts of the Americas. Here is the list.
The interesting thing is that the hospital we recommend, the Clínica Universitaria de Navarra with its own insurance in Spain, is in 80th position, even ahead of the NYU Medical clinic in New York.
