Requirements:
To apply for the Start-up Visa Program, you must
• pitch your qualifying start-up to a designated organization and get their support
• this organization must hold 50 percent of the company’s shares
• You can have up to 5 partners in your startup
• meet the language requirements (English or French)

• show that your business will provide a significant economic benefit to Canada
